Our maintenance and support team, in collaboration with our operational service partners, continually enhances our WordPress site services. For us, optimising ongoing service means a proactive approach and suggestions for your website’s development. We proactively reach out to you, especially concerning your site’s security, if it requires development and optimisation.

We offer continuous services to all our clients who have a WordPress-based website or service.

When a site is being redesigned, the continuous services are initiated in phases. When developing a new site, Redandblue handles the ongoing maintenance and development of the new site. At the end of the project, we hold a joint kickoff meeting for the continuous services. When we take over a new client’s site for continuous service, we always hold an initial meeting to agree on the model, practices, and collaboration methods for the ongoing service.

Redandblue’s continuous services offer a transparent, fast, and planned way to develop a website or service. We optimise the lifecycle of your service and eliminate development bottlenecks.

Redandblue’s continuous services are packaged into easily understandable maintenance packages with monthly fees. You can choose the service level that suits your site from different packages. If needed, we can include a resource reservation in the monthly fee for ongoing services, which clients can use for minor development work. Depending on the service package, the continuous service also includes regular meetings with a designated contact person.

Redandblue is flexible with contract terms and uses, for example, IT2022 terms in contracts.
