Careers

We serve our clients in teams led by project managers. Each team member can choose their workspace in the morning, whether it's in slippers at home, at a summer cottage, in the office, or at a nearby café. Everyone can select their preferred methods and software, and make independent purchases related to their work. Common practices are compiled in our cultural guide.

  • Occupational health care at Terveystalo. Includes a digital service package for mental wellbeing called Mielen chat and Sparri, a low-threshold, preventive service to strengthen mental health.

  • A responsible employer that cares about both the environment and its employees.

  • One hour of exercise per week during working hours and training benefits.

  • High employee satisfaction. Feedback is actively sought from employees, and employee satisfaction is measured on a weekly basis.

Culture at redandblue

Culture guide

Redandblue underwent an extensive cultural development project, transitioning to a clan culture based on employee feedback. This organisational culture, sometimes referred to as team culture, emphasises flexible collaboration and focuses particularly on internal needs. The work environment encourages helping others and working together. The outcome of the culture project was openly shared as a culture guide, which also includes an open salary scale.

Improve and innovate

Our team consists of designers, developers, and digital marketing professionals who are experts in their respective fields. With high-quality work, we aim to create ecological and accessible services with long lifecycles for our clients.

Our culture encourages continuous improvement. Learning and development are integral to our daily operations. We encourage knowledge sharing among teams and colleagues. Each employee has a tailored development path and a dedicated training budget for each year.

In our projects, we strive to innovate and constantly challenge our existing practices.

In addition to daily learning, we regularly attend seminars both domestically and internationally. We occasionally host training sessions at our office and internally share knowledge during weekly designer and developer meetings.

Work that matters

At Redandblue, we are genuinely passionate about our work. We tailor all projects to meet our clients’ needs individually. We listen to our staff’s preferences for engaging industries and project topics, which brings variety and meaning to our work. All tasks are executed meticulously, with a continuous focus on enhancing quality.

Active work community

We have an active work community. As a staff benefit, employees can use one hour per week of work time for exercise, if done with a colleague. We go jogging together weekly, have a regular badminton slot, and have participated in the corporate relay marathon multiple times. Everyone can suggest and propose different Movement Clubs for the entire team.

Sustainability at work

We encourage responsible choices in the workplace. We use renewable energy, recycle, and invest in environmentally friendly purchases and meeting refreshments. We have offset our carbon dioxide emissions for the year 2023.

Our client base consists largely of responsible organisations, and we aim to continue this trend. Most of our clients are non-profit organisations that prioritise accessibility requirements and strive for sustainability in their operations.

Responsibility also means caring for our clients over the long term. Every project is executed to a high standard, and results are actively measured. We ensure ongoing care for our clients through maintenance and support services even after projects are completed.

Wellbeing

Employee engagement

We actively measure employee wellbeing and gladly receive plenty of feedback and suggestions for improvement. The company’s operations and culture are continuously developed based on input from employees and customer feedback. Redandblue’s leadership team is accessible to all staff members, and meeting minutes are shared publicly.
