Redandblue’s DEIB results at a good level

Redandblue actively measures employee well-being and collects feedback on both day-to-day operations and value-based leadership through a low-barrier feedback app. The app also features a continuous, separate DEIB survey for staff. The DEIB data compiled in this article is based on employees' anonymous responses. The results are from the last 30 days.

DEIB comes from the English terms Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. These value metrics provide feedback on how redandblue is perceived in terms of being an equitable and fair workplace.

“We aim for an equal workplace starting from recruitment. In the recruitment process, we emphasize not only skills but also company culture and value fit, with the goal of avoiding ethical stress and enhancing the sense of belonging.”

“We do not have a formal DEIB guide, but those in leadership roles are instructed to act with respect for equality, and any issues are addressed immediately. In daily work, it is important to remember that people may need different work environments and varying levels of guidance to achieve similar results,” sums up CEO Reeta Laamo.
